Northway Farms is a non-profit community located in Bryan-College Station, Texas. Through farming enterprise, we offer affordable housing, restorative employment, and a loving family to homeless women and children living in the Brazos Valley.

Our mission is to break the debilitating, often generational cycle of poverty, one family at a time. By meeting the most basic human need; MIND {Safety of Home}, BODY {Integrity of Work}, and SOUL {Belonging of Family}, we offer hope to our homeless families, while empowering our community into a lifestyle of service.

 

Our City

  • 40% of  the Brazos Valley live in poverty (app. 142,000 people).
  • The majority of families in poverty live with a female head of household.
  • 87% of the Central Texas poverty population is made up of; women, ages 18 to 25, working 40 or more hours per week.

Every dollar given in donation or purchase goes directly to house and employ a woman out of homelessness. In turn, you receive the gift of her story, a welcome place in our community, and farm-fresh food for your home table.
